One day in one deliberately small room. Ukrainian women who already lead teams, budgets and revenue — sitting with executives from the global brands they sell to, work for, and are about to run.

She belongs in the room.
Not because she was let in. Because she is already the person this room was built for.
The room
One shared origin. Very different worlds. Every guest is selected for the perspective, experience, network or ambition she brings into the room.
Women leading marketing, innovation, product, strategy, commercial and growth functions at global companies.
Ukrainian women building companies across the US, Europe, the Middle East and beyond.
Investors, venture leaders, advisors and strategic partners shaping the next generation of businesses.
Alongside them: a small number of global guests, not only Ukrainian, invited personally by SVOYA — executives, investors and partners who bring access to markets, capital and partnerships, and selected influencers and media voices who carry the conversation beyond the room.
Why SVOYA
Ukrainian women run global functions, build companies on four continents and sit on the other side of the table as investors and partners. Most of them have never been in one room together.
SVOYA exists to change that — one room, at their level, deliberately selected.
Being Ukrainian is our origin, not our product. We don't gather to celebrate where we come from — we gather to build what comes next: companies, capital, markets, leadership.
No pity panels. No war as a personality. Access, connections and business.

The value
The value is not only who is on stage. It is who is in the room.
Intentionally limited to 100 guests · every guest selected
SVOYA Connections
Before the event, every guest tells us what she is looking for — and what she can bring to the room. We curate the connections that matter.
Business outcomes
Co-founders, distributors, joint-venture partners — people who can move your plan faster.
VCs, angels and strategic investors who already understand where you come from.
Women already operating in the US, Europe and the Gulf — and the doors they know.
Decision-makers from global companies — through a personal introduction, not a cold pitch.
Someone a few steps ahead on the path you are about to take.
The room is small on purpose — so what starts here keeps going.
The experience
Draft program — sessions and timings will be confirmed closer to each event.
Seated by what you are building and where — not by who you came with.
A global executive, a founder and an investor on what it took — and what comes next.
Executives from global brands on markets, leadership and where the next opportunities are.
Your first curated introductions, arranged before you arrive.
Rotating tables, so you don't spend the day with the women you already know.
Choose one table: market entry, raising capital, scaling across borders, leading at executive level, AI and the next business model. Each table is hosted by a speaker or a guest.
Investors and founders on what gets funded, partnered with and acquired — and why.
The rest of your introductions — plus the ones the day itself created.
Each guest names one connection she will take further after the event.
Guests, speakers and partners stay in the room. No programme — just conversations.
Selected voices
Speakers are not the product — they open the conversations. Each one is chosen for what she has actually built, and stays in the room for the whole day: on stage, at the tables and in SVOYA Connections.
VPs, EVPs, CMOs, CPOs and GMs from global brands — the people who set strategy and budget.
Ukrainian women who built companies across the US, Europe and the Middle East.
VC partners, angels and strategic investors on what they fund — and why.
Leaders from global companies and funds, plus selected influencers and media voices — not only Ukrainian — invited personally by SVOYA.
Invited guests hear the names first.
Guests can apply to speak on stage or host a round table. Tell us in your request.

A note from the founder
I kept leaving conferences with a lanyard, a tote bag and no one who understood the second half of my life.
I have sat in beautiful rooms in five countries. The content was good. But none of them brought together the Ukrainian women I kept meeting one by one — women running global functions, building companies and investing, in a language they learned as adults, in markets they chose themselves.
SVOYA is that room. Sharp, warm and deliberately small. Come as you are — leave with the connections that shape your next decision.
Invitation
One ticket, same access for everyone — the only thing that changes is when you book. An invitation is required, and the ticket is paid: you receive an invoice with your invitation, and your place is confirmed once it is settled.
No payment is taken on this page — but the ticket is paid. If your request is accepted we send an invitation with an invoice.
What an invitation includes
No tiers, no better seat than yours — the room is small enough that everyone meets everyone. 10% of every ticket sold goes to the Armed Forces of Ukraine — supporting Ukraine now, during the war.
